Grading Classfication

Grading Classification Process for Allied Health Professionals.

Gradingclassificationis a formal process used to classify and recognize allied health professionals based on their qualifications, skills, and level of experience with aim to identify, reward, and vertically promote competent and experienced personnel, ensuring that career growth aligns with professional performance and development.

This initiative ensures fair and transparent recognition of health practitioners based on academic qualifications, professional experience, specialization, and CPD achievements.
The grading also supports career progression and promotion within both public and private health sectors.

Through grading, several key aspects are assessed, including:

·       Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

·       Specialization and advanced skills

·       Additional training and certifications
